Ogaki is one of the place-names that appear in Japanese public speech when people talk about entertainment districts in Gifu. JPGRL records it as cultural geography: a noun that shows up in news, comedy, and ordinary urban talk — not as a list of doors, prices, or arrangements.

Gifu City hosts the prefecture’s primary late cluster while remaining culturally adjacent to Aichi’s much larger Nagoya story. Ogaki and other cities add smaller footprints.
